Pinterest Easter Goodies

Hello, and welcome! I jumped on the Pinterest bandwagon about a month ago, and have been enjoying all the marvelous goodies to be found. Today's projects were CASED and inspired by entries I found there. I first saw these projects by Erica Cerwin. So easy and cute. All made with Stampin Up punches and supplies. Please remember that the Sale a Bration freebies are only available for the next two weeks. You get one item free for every $50 spent before tax and shipping, with no limitations.
I just had to include my beautiful, blooming orchids with my projects. Out of the four I have, two are blooming. They last for almost two months so I will be enjoying these "gifts" for a while.
Thank you very much for stopping by! I hope you have a wonderful weekend.

FBW Note Pads

Today's projects are little note pads that I'm working on as thank you items for the ladies in my monthly SU club. I am also adding them to Danni's Flutter By Wednesday challenge, as this week is open as long as the entry has a butterfly, faerie or angel on it. I can't even remember the last time I was able to participate in Danni's challenge...it's been a long time.
I used the SU Two Tags Die to cut the tag. The stamps are from the Butterfly Prints set. The SU Butterfly punch cuts out the image perfectly. I mostly used scraps of SU DSP since it only takes a little piece for each. I saw this idea on my upline's blog - Angie Kennedy. She makes the neatest projects in a matter of minutes.
Thank you very much for stopping by! Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Workshop Wheelbarrow

This cute wheelbarrow was designed to go along with the card from the previous post. It also uses Everyday Enchantment DSP. The template is from Lauren Meader. It goes together fairly easily, and makes a cute candy or "whatever" holder.
Thank you for stopping by! Have a nice day.

Workshop Card

Hello, and welcome. Today's card was designed for a club workshop that was held yesterday. My friends surprised me with the most marvelous card by Dorthy with a Babies R Us gift card inside. It was incredible. I always say how lucky I am, thank you so much ladies! We had a great time as usual, and ate the best brisket sandwiches I think I've ever had. Our hostess Kathy made quite the spread...thank you, Kathy!
The DSP is the fabulous Everyday Enchantment pack that is in the SAB catalog. Gotta love the freebies! The frame was cut with the Peek a Boo Frame Die, and the stamps came from Everybunny.
I sure appreciate your visit. Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Happy Valentine's Day!

Hello, and welcome to my blog. Today's project is the last Valentine card made at our monthly Stampin' Up workshop last month. It uses the new Sizzlet Doily Die, as well as one of the new Edgelit Die's on the inside. The one on the inside is attached on three sides only so that a gift card can be added. Sure makes an easy way to add a decorative element that's both pretty and functional.
I hope you have a very happy Valentine's Day! Thank you for stopping by.

Workshop Valentine Card

Hello there! Valentine's day is just one week away now. I'm happy to say that my cards are made since that was the theme of our last workshop.
Our hostess, Darlene, wanted the cards to hold gift cards so I was able to put the new edglet dies to work. Sure made it easy. Just attach the piece cut out with the die on three sides, and you can slip a gift card right in there. It's on the inside of this card. I also used the smallest heart from the new 5 hearts Sizzlet Die, along with the new Framelit Dies. The DSP, Every Day Elegance, is free with a $50 purchase, and can be found in the Sale a Bration Catalog. I love these new products!
The sentiment was printed out using My Digital Studio. You can try this fabulous software for free until the end of this month. Just go to the main Stampin Up website, and put it in your cart. They walk you through it. After a few steps you'll be on your way to creating digitally. I recommend it highly.
Thank you very much for stopping by! Have a fabulous day.

Mini Hershey Holder

Hello and welcome! First off, I apologize for my lack of posting. I just got back from a long vacation in Hawaii that was a gift to hubby and me from our daughters. It was amazing...a trip of a lifetime. I've also been busy preparing for the arrival of our first grandchild. We only have a couple of months to go. Unfortunately, our daughter that's expecting lives in New Jersey. That makes for long flights from here in Texas. Oh well. We'll be racking up the miles.
Today's project is one from last month's workshop. I got the idea from one of my friends that made one for Halloween. Thank you, Vivian!
The Cherub, and inside sentiment were printed from the P.S. I Love You, My Digital Studio download. The outside sentiment is from one of my all time favorite's - Teeny Tiny Wishes. The silver sparkle paper gives it a nice pop.
Thank you again for visiting! I will be back with another Valentine project. Have a wonderful day.
